SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We ship to most countries via FedEx and DHL Express.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
Tracking: You receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Order confirmed — You receive order confirmation email
  2. Processing — We prepare your package (usually 3 business days)
  3. Shipped — Tracking number sent to your email
  4. In transit — Track via FedEx or DHL website
  5. Delivered — Signature may be required

IMPORTANT: OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package is handed to FedEx or DHL, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost packages in transit
  • Customs delays or fees

For lost or delayed packages: contact FedEx or DHL directly using your tracking number. We will provide all necessary order documentation to assist your claim.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply in your country
  • These are not included in the product price
  • You are responsible for any customs fees at delivery
