Refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return items within 30 days from delivery if:
- Item has NOT been worn or washed
- Original tags are attached (both hang tag and size label)
- Purchase receipt is available
- Item was purchased from abcclothes.world
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at abc@archivebrandclothes.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Screenshot of original order
- We confirm and send return instructions
- Ship item back using any tracked courier (DHL or FedEx recommended)
- We inspect item on arrival
- Refund processed to original payment method within 14 business days of inspection
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size or colour:
- Email abc@archivebrandclothes.com with your order number and what you need
- We check availability
- Return original item
- We ship new item once return is received and inspected
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- Email: abc@archivebrandclothes.com or Telegram @ABCSUPP
- We will send a replacement at no cost
- We cover all return shipping for defective items
Contact us within 14 business days of receiving the item.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Damage caused by improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Intentional design features (acid wash, distressing, raw edges — these are not defects)
